Hello, friends of Smiley Blue

Perhaps this will resonate with you; maybe it won't. Either way, it's okay.

When Everything You Planned Stops Working

You're not mad at the job you have, the relationship you're in, or the circumstances you're facing. You're mad because the plan you had didn't work out the way you planned. It didn't give you the results you expected. Now you don't know which way to go because someone told you how to get from point A to B your whole life—and now you're left trying to figure it all out on your own.

You find it impossible to trust anyone, including yourself. You know the only way out of this mess is to create a plan that serves your purpose—but you don't remember how to. So you complain, you blame, you attack. You gaslight yourself by deceiving your mind into believing this is all okay. By spiritually gaslighting yourself, you withdraw, waiting for someone or something to come along and save you. Sometimes you do it in silence, and sometimes it's out loud.

The Voice Inside Still Speaks

You're afraid because you were taught that the "natural man" is the enemy of God—and right now that voice inside you feels like the only one speaking. Everyone and everything else is noise. Some of the noises pull you in briefly, but never enough to keep you interested or fulfilled. Thus, you move through them off-balance, always ready to retreat. Sometimes you do. Often, you don't; instead, you push through and then try something else.

You're Still Here for a Reason

How do I know? Because you're still here. If you're reading this, I see you. I've been there. Know there is a way through the shadow. Many have travelled it and found the truth of the way through.

There's a Way Through

Here's the catch: those who have travelled it can't save you from your journey. We can't fix the process that must happen inside you. But we can guide you. We can hold space for your highs and lows without trying to hijack your process. We can set boundaries that protect you from yourself. We can point you back to yourself—to the voice inside that already holds the answers.

You've always had the answers to the problems in your life. You've just forgotten how to trust yourself.

If you want a place to come practice remembering—to be guided without being rescued, to be held without being fixed—join us. Smiley Blue is a free community led by people who've walked this path. We show up with honesty, discipline, and the humility of people who've done the work. If you're truly ready, we'll walk with you. Not to take the load, but to help you carry it and remember how to stand in your own light.

Join The Smiley Blue Facebook Community HERE: A safe space for people ready to practice trusting themselves again. We're a community of folks who've walked the path from seeking external validation to inner knowing. No fixing, or rescuing—just honest support as you remember how to stand in your own light. Come as you are, leave when you're ready.

Try These Immediate Steps to Start Trusting Yourself Again

  1. Record the small wins — Tonight, write three things you did today that worked. No matter how tiny. Proof rebuilds trust.
  2. Short-term commitments — Make one promise to yourself you can keep in 24 hours. Do it. Repeat for a week. Trust compounds.
  3. Boundary check — Remove one influence this week that gaslights you (social feed, a person, a habit). See what shows up in the space you create.
